Ron Peterson
Chief Executive Officer
Ron Peterson is Car Wash Partner's Chief Executive Officer and serves as a Board Member. Mr. Peterson has nearly 20 years experience in the car wash industry. Prior to CWP, Mr. Peterson founded STS Ventures dba Blue Coral Systems (BCS) in 1986. He served as the Company's CEO until it was sold to Ecolab in January of 1999. Prior to BCS, Mr. Peterson was employed at Ecolab for 18 years, where he worked in many capacities. During that time, Mr. Peterson started up four (4) additional companies which are operating successfully today.
Lawrence J. Minich
Chief Financial Officer
Lawrence Minich serves as the Chief Financial Officer for CWP and is responsible for overall management of Accounting, Bank and Finance activities, IS, Human Resources and other Administrative functions. In addition, Mr. Minich is responsible for Investor Relations and Board Communications.
Prior to CWP Mr. Minich worked as an independent consultant to various privately held companies advising management on business strategy, profit planning and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to that Mr. Minich served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer for Blue Coral, Inc in Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Minich is a CPA.
Michael P. Hogan
Regional Vice President of Operations
Michael Hogan is Vice President of Operations and is responsible for all aspects of operations for the 24 units in the Texas Region, which represents approximately 60% of CWP's revenue generation. Mr. Hogan's first position with the company was Manager Trainee in 1980. Other positions he has held include: General Manager and Area Manager. Mr. Hogan has increased revenue for the company and improved production during his tenure with the company.
John Lai
Vice President of Market Development
John Lai is Vice President of Market Development. Mr. Lai leads a cross functional group that includes Marketing, Business Development, Corporate Accounts, and Special Services to support the acquisition, retention and development of customers.
Prior to joining CWP Mr. Lai was Vice President of Sales for FinanCenter Inc. a Web-based software-application company. Prior to that, he was the President of Blue Coral Systems Inc, where he enhanced company growth by overseeing national accounts, strategic alliances and channel development. Prior to that, Mr. Lai held a series of sales management positions for Nestle S.A. Mr. Lai has a Bachelor of Science from University of Arizona.
Pat Secord
Vice President Of Operations - Northern and Western Regions
Pat Secord is the VP of Operations for the Northern and Western Regions and is responsible for all Full Serve and Exterior Car Washes outside of Texas. Mr. Secord is also responsible for identifying and evaluating acquisition candidates, identifying and evaluating site management candidates, cost optimizing and otherwise improving the operations of new and existing units. Mr. Secord is the technical expert in car wash chemicals and equipment. Prior to CWP Mr. Secord held various positions at Blue Coral Systems, including VP of Technical Services where he developed "Super Express Station Service," which was patented.
Bruce A. Schumacher
Director of Strategic Initiatives
Bruce Schumacher is the Director of Strategic Initiatives and is responsible for the design and implementation of strategies that increase the profitability of the company. Mr. Schumacher began his career with CWP as a Staff Accountant. He has over 22 years experience in the accounting industry.
Before joining CWP, Mr. Schumacher was a Financial Analyst for University Medical Center. He has a track record of streamlining operations and improving the bottom line by applying his knowledge and background to projects that enhance systems and procedures. Mr. Schumacher has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Arizona and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Stephen Bean
Director of Information Systems
Stephen Bean is Director of Information Systems. Mr. Bean is responsible for maintaining computer infrastructures for the entire company, designing and implementing customized IT solutions for the car wash units and administrative offices in addition to recommending new technology that will enhance the operations of the business.
Mr. Bean brings 15 years of knowledge and experience to the company. He is well experienced in working with multi-site employers and implementing systems that support the various functions of the company. Mr. Bean has a Bachelor of Science in MIS from Old Dominion University in Virginia.
Jeanette Martin
Corporate Controller
Jeanette Martin serves as the Corporate Controller for CWP. Ms. Martin is responsible for all accounting functions and financial reporting for the company. She has been involved with all company acquisitions since 1999 and is responsible for assimilating and standardizing accounting practices into the corporate model. She is also responsible for developing and monitoring internal controls for all accounting and financial practices company wide.
Ms. Martin has 23 years of business experience and is a CPA. Prior to CWP, Ms. Martin was a Sr. Audit Manager for Price Waterhouse, one of the nation's "Big 5" public accounting firms, and was Corporate Controller for a publicly traded national construction company.
Sarah Mendez
Marketing Director
Sarah Mendez is Marketing Director for CWP and has served in several different functions since joining the company in 2002. She is currently responsible for all in-store signage and promotions, consumer marketing & advertising and event marketing. Prior to joining CWP, Ms. Mendez was responsible for Visitor Services at the Reno Sparks Convention & Visitors Authority. Prior to that she managed all marketing functions of a leading produce equipment manufacturing company. Ms. Mendez has a Bachelor’s degree from Auburn University.
Dave Hail
Vice President of Facilities Management
Dave Hail is Vice President of Facilities Management areas of responsibility include, Facilities Management, CPC Chemical Program, Dispensing and Application systems, Facilities Construction, and Store Retrofits.
Prior to joining CWP, Dave began his career working for the Octopus Car Wash chain and spent over 11 years in various aspects of Operations Management. He then spent 6 years as the Managing Director at Washmates/Kar Kleen, a car wash equipment and chemical company, where he led the equipment design and chemical compounding. He then worked for Ecolab/Blue Coral for 6 years as the Manager of Dispensing and Applications where he created an in house manufacturing facility for custom chemical application systems.
